Shipping:

In Stock Items are normally shipped with in 2-4 business days, dynasty parts normally ship in 2-8 days, back ordered and custom items vary. If you need a more detailed time frame dont hesitate to contact us!

International Shipping:

We can ship internationally. Our system can not process the order for you since it can not calculate the shipping. Please contact us with the item(s) that you need and we will calculate the shipping price of your order to your address. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Customs fees are not included in product or shipping price.

We can help you avoid returns:

We are more than happy to help you find the appropriate part for your repair, please contact us with the year make and model of your hot tub, or better yet the make and the serial number to further narrow down the list of potential parts for your hot tub.

Items like PC boards can be specific to the manufacturer. You may find the same model control pack and its generic number, but many manufacturers have custom boards made for their hot tubs with their own specific number. What does that mean? It means that if you install the generic control pack parts your buttons may do the wrong thing or sometimes nothing at all! This is why we use genuine Dynasty parts.

Returns:

Contact us with in 7 days of receiving the item for an RMA number on returnable parts.

Returns will only be issued to unused/unopened* items with no visible damage within 7 days from when the item(s) is received. Refunds will be issued after a restocking fee is deducted, see below. If an item is damaged during shipping you will need to go through the shipping insurance for compensation. Due to State restrictions chemicals are NOT returnable and you need to be hazmat certified (like us) to ship them legally. Return Shipping is not covered. Feel free to visit us in our Store to avoid paying return shipping costs.

Custom ordered (not in-store stock) items are not returnable. Some of the non-returnable items include hot tub covers, hot tubs, and spa surrounds. If you are unsure if an item is considered custom, please contact us before placing your order.

Refused shipments will be charged up to a 25% fee. Please contact us for re-shipment.

If a item was ordered a minimum cancellation fee of $15 will be applied. Hot Tubs and Hot Tub Covers can not be canceled once ordered since these are specialty items.

* Electronics will arrive sealed and will not be returnable if the bag is opened. If the item does not work you will need to go through the manufacturer’s warranty process or shipping insurance if physically damaged.

Restocking Fee(s)

Refund – The restocking fee will consist of the actual cost to ship that item +30% if refunded.

Store Credit – The restocking fee will consist of the actual cost to ship that item + 20% if a store credit is issued.

While we take great care to work with quality manufacturers, Hot Shots Hot Tubs and Spas does not cover any costs to consumers as a result of manufacturer’s warranty or prorated warranty services.
